The Lovely Masuimi...

I finally started coloring in this pic of Masuimi (you know, that chick I think is cute almost to the point of adorable) I started oh so long ago. I'm loving how well it's coming out, especially that this didn't take any particularly special effort to do. I also got a chance to play more with the new Wacom Tablet.

I just need to detail the hair and do something about the lines and I'm good. Yeah me.

Shades of Purple...

Far too often recently, I find my reality is hued by a certain shade of purple. Someone please make it stop.

Boogey Man...

Laying out the composition and lighting for a a painting I want to do called "Boogey Man". I like the lighting in this one, but the composition feels more cramped than I orignially wanted, and doesn't leave room for the details I wanted in the room. Plus, I wanted the room to feel much, much larger.

This sketch only took about 30 minutes, I'll try again tomorrow perhaps.
